- This coffee from Cuba is a real rarity and speciality. The crema is beautifully bright and the pleasantly mild coffee unfolds its wonderful taste of fine milk chocolate and a little Havana cigar very discreetly but effectively.
- The coffee from this production batch consists almost exclusively of the traditional Criollo variety. A 100% Arabica coffee from the Sierra Maetra in the east of the island, it is known for its full-bodied flavour, reminiscent of coco paste. This batch is washed and very strong with characteristic notes of cocoa beans and tobacco that develop into walnuts and roasted cereals in the lingering aftertaste
