  • In the pressure cooker from the ZWILLING® EcoQuick II series you can cook your food quickly and easily
  • The pot has a capacity of 4 l and two pressure levels
  • Its lid can be closed tightly so that a pressure is created in its interior which allows cooking at higher temperatures. These higher temperatures shorten the cooking time extremely, so you can save energy during cooking
  • The pressure cooker from ZWILLING® is made of polished 18/10 stainless steel, which is very scratch-resistant, tasteless and easy to clean
  • It has the SIGMA Classic sandwich base with aluminium core and is therefore suitable for all types of cookers including induction hobs. This special base distributes the heat optimally to the edge of the pot
  • Its handles are made of high-quality and heat-resistant plastic. They remain pleasantly cool during cooking and thus enable comfortable handling
  • You can use the ZWILLING® EcoQuick II pressure cooker for cooking, braising, browning and with the appropriate inserts also for steaming and deep-frying (the inserts are available separately)
  • The pressure inside it can be regulated in two stages. Stage I is suitable for cooking sensitive foods such as vegetables or fish, stage II for cooking meat dishes and stews
  • Practical touch-down aid that makes it easier to close the lid correctly
  • Safety valve that prevents the pot from opening under high internal pressure
