  • Misty Isle Gin is imbued with the spirit of Skye. A combination of waters from the Storr Lochs and the right balance of botanicals. The juniper berries are hand-picked from various wild areas around Skye and slowly distilled in the copper pot stills
  • A total of 11 botanicals are used: Juniper, coriander, grains of paradise, orris root, liquorice root, black pepper, lemon peel, cassia bark, to name the most important, and one that is top secret and only found on the Isle of Skye
  • The gin has a pleasant cinnamon flavour and the alcohol is not too overpowering on the nose. The flavour is round and varied, but not too floral with earthy undertones and a hint of spice. Subtle flavours of citrus fruits with a refreshing aftertaste round off the profile
