  • The STIHL Helmset Function Basic ensures the right occupational safety in the head area. At the same time usable as helmet, face and hearing protection, the helmet set covers the essential work protection in this sensitive area. Lightweight and durable at the same time, the model combines high wearing comfort with the usual approvals for occupational safety components
  • The helmet part of the STIHL Helmet Set Function Basic has practical ventilation openings that ensure a comfortable temperature even during hard work. The temperature can be lowered by up to 3 °C in the head area. The air humidity under the helmet is even reduced by up to 50%. A glare shield is also integrated to protect against the sun. To ensure that the model fits perfectly to your head size, the headband is adjustable via a simple pin-lock fastener
  • A visor seal has been placed between the helmet shield and visor to prevent dirt from penetrating through. Your face is protected by a nylon visor which ensures optimum flexibility, minimum risk of breakage and optimal light transmission. Despite the advantages of nylon, it should be noted that face protection cannot replace eye protection, such as goggles. The comfortable hearing protection in the STIHL Helmset Function Basic protects against noise levels up to 104 dB and complies with the DIN standards EN 352, EN 397, EN 1731
